Overhauling Steve Hugill "Moon Monkey's" Manta

The Venue:
Chris Collier's Garage.

The Date:
Weekend of the 11/13 August 2006

Hours Worked:
Friday 11th: ...12 (3pm till 3am.)
Saturday 12th: ...19 (9am till 4am.)
Sunday 13th: ...9 (10am till 7pm.)
Total = 40 hours.
This equates to around 150 man hours.

The Cost:
All labour was done for free.

What was done... in a weekend!! :-

New rear arches - both sides
New sill - drivers side, inner and outer
New a posts - both sides
Jacking point replaced - Drivers side
Full electric loom for the rear
Rear lights fixed
Dash lights fixed
Rear drums replaced - both sides
Brakes bled
New fuel tank
Wheels cleaned - almost immaculate considering the amount of sh!t on them...
New fuel line front to back
Drivers side arch filled and primed...
Passenger rear arch primed -
Whole area under the washer bottle - great job considering the amount chopped out!!
Car under sealed
New nose cone fitted
